Q: What’s ETCHED Glass?
A: “ETCHED GLASS” is a generic term for the treatment of the glass surface to diffuse transmitted light, reduce glare and give the glass a white, frosted appearance. Sans Soucie etches the glass using sandblasting. “Etching” the glass means that we sandblasted the glass enough to affect the glass surface only. Etching does not go deep into the glass and creates a one-dimensional effect.
Q: How is the DESIGN determined?
A: Designs are a collaborative effort, combining our creativity, knowledge and expertise, with your tastes, preferences and imagination. There is virtually no limit to the design possibilities. Most often, clients come to us with a basic design style in mind. They take a look at our vast array of design archives within that style and although the design may begin there, changes are made to suit your tastes and meet your specifications, creating a custom design for your individual piece.
Q: Can You Use My Glass?
A: Yes, we can, however it depends upon sandblasting effect you choose AND what type of glass you currently have, as to whether or not we can use your existing glass.
Q: Can You make customized painting with our picture?
A: Yes, we can. In order to do that, you have to send us detaild information with desired picture.
Q: How long does it take to comple the order?
A: It takes up to two weeks to comple the order.
Q: What's included in the order?
A: In the order included edge paining with custom frame.
Q: How much is a shipping cost?
A: Shipping cost is depend on weight of painting, it usually between 20 to 50 dollars.
Q: Where do you ship your product?
A: It can be local pick up, or we ship to US, Canada, and around the world.

A: To place the order, call us (773-326-5539) after the design has been determined, an estimate has been provided and approved, you can use our secure paypal check out. This will put you on our work schedule, and we will begin the process of creating your custom Scale Drawingm which you will receive within 14 business days from the date of the order placed.
